About Us
Edward T. Combes is founder, owner and president of ETC Painting, Inc. (hence the initials ETC). He has lived in the South Florida area for over 30 years and has 25 years of experience as a Florida painter. His love of painting began at an early age while helping out at the Inn his parents owned and has continued throughout his career. He attended Florida State University and has a well-rounded background.
ETC Painting, Inc. was established in 2004. We are a licensed, insured and bonded professional Palm Beach painting contractor that operates throughout the Palm Beaches (i.e. Jupiter, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth and Wellington). We wanted to fill a niche that the painting industry has been lacking; quality workmanship and service. ETC Painting, Inc. is a company that provides professional and courteous commercial and residential painting and is willing to 'go the extra mile' to meet and exceed the customer's needs.
Quality workmanship means attention to detail in all phases of the painting project. On interior projects this means caulking all the cracks around the windows, between the baseboards and the wall and on the door jambs or other applied moldings. It also includes -- but is not limited to -- skim coating and repairing drywall where necessary, filling holes in walls and trim surfaces, sanding wall and trim surfaces to create a smoother substrate and assure paint adhesion.
